Tanner stage 3 (I'm like early/mid growth spurt)
I'm considering getting an ALF, which helps direct the maxilla forward, expand the maxilla, and create a more optimal tongue posture. ALF is very slow and more of a "director", directing the rest of my growth, left to somewhat grow more ideally. My main goal is for maxilla and mandible forward growth; my maxilla is average-very slightly above, mandible is average. My ortho would probably never let me get a BAMP or a reverse pull headgear (should I at least ask, or too late?). I am also getting HGH in a few months. Anything I can do to maximize while I am in this stage??
