Many of you claim to want a girlfriend, yet hate the ways of women. Now, this is not a thread to try to reverse your thoughts on women, it's just to ask you what exactly you want from a girlfriend.
I think that any relationship involves sacrifices, but usually the benefits outweigh them. However, in the case of having a girlfriend, what exactly do you want the relationship to offer in exchange for a lot of your sanity and tranquility? These are some of my thoughts, which may be internalized cope, yet it all seems rational enough to put out here.
Stress: It's clear that being in a relationship is a pure source of stress, no matter what you do. If you are a believer of the blackpill, you will feel threatened by the presence of any male that looks better than you in her vicinity, even if it's in only one area (e.g height, facial looks, NTness). Her being around taller men, better looking men, guy friends, etc will all cause stress. Additionally, having to deal with all the shit that your girlfriend will pester you with is also a disturbance to your personal time where you will have to be worrying about her problems too, unless you want to act dismissive and nonchalant, in which case your relationship will fall off a cliff.
Freedom: Depending on how it is, you will also lose some of your freedom. You may be questioned on your activities, when you go out to the street, your time will be taken up by your girlfriend. Maybe some of your lifestyle choices will be questioned and possibly insisted on being changed. The good side of this is that your girlfriend actually cares about you, but I still count it as a drawback. Still, do you really want to deal with all of that?
Sexual Interactions: This one is important, since it is what many people want from their relationship, sometimes being enough to forgive all other faults in one, however, it ALSO has a lot of setbacks. Unlike your right hand, very often your girlfriend will not be willing to have sex with you. Of course this is understandable, but eventually you will grow tired of having to suppress your sexual desires and you will just become sexually frustrated. And since you are in a relationship, you can't really do much about it without cheating, which is something that's up to you but ideally if you're in a relationship you care for, it shouldn't be done.
Eventual End: You can fool yourself all you want and believe that your relationship will last forever, but realistically, none do anymore these days. You will have to deal with any problems that come with ending the relationship, the main one being that you will feel like shit for a long time and possibly ruining social circles.
This is a bit of a summary on my takes on why simply "muh i need a gf" is usually just a thoughtless saying, and hopefully this can serve as consolation to some other incels.
