A lot of people try to gaslight this topic like it doesn’t matter but the truth is: looks play a huge role. If you ignore that and don’t do anything about it, you’re basically cooked. That’s just how it is.

It doesn’t matter how much knowledge you have if you don’t actually apply it and take action, you’re done. I did the same thing for like half a year in mid-2022. I thought I was “working on myself,” but I was just wasting time doing nothing that actually moved me forward.

Also, let’s talk about something people love to hate on: surgeries, fillers, whatever. If those things can make your appearance 10x better just do it, bro. At the end of the day, most new people you meet won’t even care or know that you did anything. It’s usually only the ones doing social media or insecure people that talk down on it and most of them are broke anyway, lol.

Back then, I was pretty average, I’d say or maybe above I cant really say anything to that. I would have to let people decide. But after 3 years of “looksmaxxing,” I can confidently tell you: if you don’t look good enough, you’re cooked. Honestly, if I didn’t have the looks I have now, I don’t think I would’ve gotten my current job or be getting special treatment like showing up super late or leaving early. I had almost no job experience. My friends applied weeks before me and were told the place was already full.

Here’s your reality check: nobody gives a damn about your “personality.” Improve your looks, and you’ll see the difference. That’s the truth. Become better looking and you’ll be good.

And for anyone asking: I’m European, tall, blonde hair. I’ll post a pic of me with people next to me later.

Good reminder.

I've actually been interested myself on the implications of looking good for getting jobs and also just the general job environment. So on that note I'm curious what job this is and if you could expand more how you got it since you mentioned you had no experience. There was a thread of Claviculars (might be deleted now not sure) where I think he was in a bar or some public setting and people were straight up offering jobs to him so I found that interesting (could be larp ofc).
