Why do drug dealers always have "friends" or "contacts"; far more than average usually?

If you stopped having to go to work, or school or etc. your "friends" are often gone too.

This is why romance > friendships. If you're gonna be used, ideally it'd be for sex/love.
Anything else is contingency. All "friendships" are obligations & liabilities overall.

not really true. This really only applies to people who describe their “acquaintances” as “friends,” when in reality they just talk to them for a certain event or reason and don’t really have a meaningful bond.
