Almost everyone in my family has a life threatening disease so I will probably be homeless in a couple years if I don't do something

Sure I'm a lazy bum but I'm also so anxious that I can barely walk into a store and buy something let alone interact with people

I'm a khhv loner at 20 while there are 16 years olds with gfs

And here is my grandpa yelling at me to get a job and work after I isolated myself for years

There is genuinely no hope for me

I'm so slow after not doing anything for so long it probably looks like I'm special ed
