So i know filler migrates... but if you put filler around the bottom of your face (mandible/chin) is the risk of migration less then something like pyriform fossa filler?

If you do filler properly in the right spot it won't migrate

It just migrates downwards rather than upwards as much. Still, high activity regions are worth noting for, for example gonion filler near the masseters can migrate a lot, but the placement is mostly about the competence of your aesthetician
