Really itchy lumps on my upper lips and lower lips

Recently ive been getting these big lumps on top and bottom my lips, and its really really itchy. I dont know whats causing them but i see them getting a bit more bigger some days. Also one time i tried to pop one of these lumps and something was leaking out, almost like a blister or some sort idk. But still, does anyone know? I also mostly sit in my room on AC btw, if thats important.
