can someone give me and insight on my negative canthal tilt and would you recommend Canthoplasty?

How many teeth did you get removed? You definitely have malocclusion but did you remove any teeth?

negative canthal tilt = medial canthus superior to lateral canthus
positive canthalt tilt = medial canthus inferior to lateral canthus

u clearly have pct, the lines i drew are the vertical position of the lateral canthus, it is clearly above the medial canthus.

Anyone who says otherwise are blind retards.

Couldn't really accurately say without a side profile/3/4 view. Which is why I assumed op is a skinny fat more than anything.

He has a slightly long-face. And some slight downward growth and then a tiny bit of negative canthal tilt which is stopping him from having a good eye-area. Otherwise he would have a good eye-area. He thinks it's his negative canthal tilt that keeps him at average, but it's actually not. It's his lower-tier.

That is fair enough, mostly assumed it was due to angle and selfie cam making it appear off. True it isn't his worst feature by a long shot however if he was going the entire way it would be one of the surgeries he would have to consider.

Honestly as things are at the moment his biggest failos are lack of any zygomatic projection and his lips which are suicide tier. His jaw to some extent doesn't look horrendous but could still have work to be done.

OP take a video of showing front and side so we can evaluate your actual looks.

It's gonna still be distorted, but less-so as you're in motion.

Otherwise we're working with an angle.

I agree actually.

If you don't have a compact midface, then you need strong zygomatic projection to off-set it. He doesn't have that and he doesn't have "facial averageness" in a good compact midface.

No I wouldn't, that would not make a big difference in your case. You need to softmaxx first, get a tan and go to the gym that would help you much more.

From what I can gather his face is relatively small mostly because of the fact his PFL is around 27mm which is on the lower end of average however despite that his eyes still appear horizontally long, his ES is around 0.48 so his face should be able to support slight zygomatic augmentation to offset the fact his midface is on the longer side of 1.06 ish rather.

He cannot go about getting a lip lift for his long midface because it would create a disproportionate chin as his is already at 1:2 ratio

The only real failo for his eyes is his scleral show because he doesn't have NCT from the front that I can see though

So the only suggestions for hardmaxing is zygomatic augmentation and a way to increase his PFL to PFH ratio ngl.

Lips could also be wider but that is offset by the facial hair he is trying to grow, he could honestly use some minox and try and make it grow properly though
