OP take a video of showing front and side so we can evaluate your actual looks.

positive canthalt tilt = medial canthus inferior to lateral canthus

u clearly have pct, the lines i drew are the vertical position of the lateral canthus, it is clearly above the medial canthus.

It's true none is negative. If u pull the skin and make the lateral canthus visible it's gonna be superior to the medial canthus.
