Really want to move

I live in Ireland , i hate the weather here, just got back from a holiday I loved it there and I really did not want to go back, I've been on a lot of holidays to different places like Greece , Spain, France, and I like those places way more, every time I went on holidays I thought about how it would be so nice if I just moved here and lived the same life but here, by "the same life" I mean just doing the same things but here and living in their style.
I mean it's not only the weather i guess.
Has anyone else felt like this?
