Yes I've heard he did a lefort 3 on few ppl for aesthetic reasons And dr sinn does it too. In fact a user on this forum had a lefort 3 planned but chickened out at the last moment.

Anyway even if u can't find a surgeon who is willing to do a lefort 3 on u. U can always do lefort 1 and get midface implants afterwards

Bro i prefer indian ones also a lot of surgerical movement is limited by your positing of your orbits hence why i want a lefort 3 it moved your orbits some what

In one video of Sunil Richardson talked about IMDO he talked about how another surgeon Rohit Khosala (who i found on google) helped him with the procedure

I think this guy might be able to give u a lefort 3

Ah I see why not get a modified lefort 2 . A few surgeons in Europe offer it and it's much safer than a lefort 3
