Surgery looks much better than jutting because
1. The maxilla moves forward too
2. jutting isn't lengthening the mandible, the gonion s moving forward too
3. the chin moves under the teething a more natural and more aesthetic way
4. Rotational changes
5. Built-in jaw widening
