Talking about the shape of the skull/head itself, obviously there are ways to make your face more warrior through double jaw surgery, genio, chin implant, etc. but not the actual skull itself

Yes we can through implants

Limitations are making the ears further apart and possibly the back of skull / back of neck transition. But o have a case where we will use a combination ok peek to simulate bone and low durometer silicone to simulate muscle where we will try this
