I don't think it's possible to increase your IQ once you're already in adulthood tbh

But the good thing is if you're average IQ you can still be succesful through discipline. The vast majority of ppl are undisciilined. Look at Asians in the US and how almost all of them earn 6 figures, do you think it's because they're all high IQ? No.
Trust me I know many low/average IQ Asians, what allows them to succeed is discipline.

It's not really the fact that their discipline and hard working.It's the fact that they have connections from already well of asian americans that's able to get their foot the door.

I've been Mensa IQ since I was 10. Its genetic like most thing you can take adderall but it won't make you smarter just more hard working. IQpill is brutal
