Reapplying sunscreen

How often do i need to reapply my sunscreen because some mf told me you need to do it every 2 hours regardless if you’re inside or not. Is spf 50 enough for whole day protection if I use enough at the start of the day?

Make sure it's SPF 50 PA++++ and apply it in the morning no need to do it every 2 hours
