Because frizzy hair requires a lot of maintenance + without protective hairstyles they break quickly if I tell you no nonsense (in afro mode in the open air) so bah to protect the hair but without a wig you have the braids but it's weird + you always have the same cut
So wigs allow them to protect their hair while being able to change the cut etc. and it's clearly more aesthetic than braids what!! (Maybe I'm wrong)
