Due to gym culture. The gym culture exploded after 2015 due to social media so thrid worlders discovered gym . Before that 1 in 100 guy was doing gym in third world shitholes
Now at least 30 males out 100 hit gym maybe even more .
In my town 10 years ago there was only shity gym with like 1 machine jfl . Now there are about 5 gyms.
Before that people didn’t care much about nutrition. But due to gym culture people improved their nutrition so gen z and gen alpha benefited alot from it manily guys who hit gym good nutrition during growing years helpd them to grow about 1 or 2 inch more than millennials.
For eg in my community study conducted in 2018 on average height of males from my community from age 20 to 30 was 176cm .
But gen z and gen alpha is easily taller by an inch or 2 on average. The contrast i can clearly see among younger and older generations. Gen Alpha hit 6 ft with ease .
So if measured height not larping incels ( muh 6ft is average here bro without any source and proof ) is around 5’9 among older generations the gen z and gen alpha is easily average 5’10 to 5’11 .
