You’re dad left and buddah left

You see him as a kindred spirit with you. Now go meditate and accept demons into your soul. If you were my child I’d beat you so badly for this shit you bring great dishonor unto your house I pity your parents knowing they have a heathen son

But at least your not Muslim so it could be worse
My dad didn't leave lol wtf how does me being Buddhist mean my father left anyways

Also why would I get beat im a grown man I can choose any faith I want, my parents accept i don't believe but we still even go to Church together sometimes

Actually my bad no my Dad never goes but my Mum does I don't even think my Dad is a real Christian I never see him pray or go to church but my mum defo does

Either way I'm not a heathen or a shame to anyone, especially not cus of my faith what kind of 1700s family do you live in where this would actually be a problem?

Not necessarily against it, Buddha himself married at 16.
The father of Buddha, married a woman who's related to him(distant), and who is about a decade younger than him.
So we can assume it was a Muhammed like scenario, since they get married young there.

The Buddha, was born in India, roughly about "we don't how long ago" years ago.
We however, know that, he was born during a lunar eclipse.
He also associated with Furries a lot.

The Buddha, also had a pet peeve for making fun of "non-virgin Dalits"
He claimed, he wrote this down on his personal bible.
After he turned, r/Im14andthisisdeep.
He realized, if not he went out and become a monk.
He'd have to get maritialraped.
And so he did, he did go and became a monk.

He abused other monks, tortured them psychologically.
He did drugs(Psychedelic ones), he banned wooo-men from entering his high reach.
He turns into a complete Lunar lunatic and night, even a Lycanthrope beast.

This all contributed to him getting a bad rep, and his main disciples, snitching on him.
He copied Jainism afterwards, this made his rep a bit better.
Although, quite shit still(literally)

Even after all the mediation and copium puffing,
he still craved hedonistic pleasure before he passed away.
Thus, he died, and he probably won't collect "good karma"
Which he basically popularized(the Karma theory)
His teaching were vain and utterly useless.
He also ripped em off from older, Indian beliefs and such.

Rip bozo, won't be missed.
he was a high inhib cuck. He should have been a high T mogger like me. Life would have been better.

Wait he married an 6 year old… (he was 16 and 10 -16 =-6= 6)

That’s fucked up but not as bad as Mohammed (he was 53)

Was it betrothal or marriage because depending on this it changed everything. Like did he fuck her when she was 6? If so then @buddhistking you have a big problem

Also like Islam it allowed cousin fucking lol :lul::lul::lul:

Age gap difference of Buddhas fathers wife is unknown and in Buddhas marraige he was the young one not the girl and he wasn't a child he was a teen.

Not necessarily that, I meant as in the Buddha got married at 16.
His father was the incest one who married a young woman(quite possibly as young as 8)
The Buddha allowed of incest and pedophilia(nowadays)
That's all I can assure, he definitely did,
The "Vyshaka" whom is 15 got married to a 33 year old "Guru" by the means of Buddha's acceptance of it.
He let them get married.

Yes, but you cannot offer a rebuttal for his father right?
And yes, Buddha was a victim Ig

No no, I meant as in the Buddha got married at 16.

Young woman does not = under 18 there is no mention that she was under age or what her age is

There is no mention of his father marrying an underage girl it doesn't say her age

Stop acting like you don't get what it exactly was, back then "young" was considered as 13 or 14 yo.
This was def a pedo case alongside with the incest(they tried to keep their "genes" pure)

I only know Buddha because my brother has a tattoo of him on his arm, everything else is cope:feelshmm:

Again you have no proof of age, so I'll ignore this

Also many royals married distant cousins from across the world, since the beginning of time

I actually like this way of arguing about Buddhism niggas just keep talking shit and I'll just keep responding with what I know without even mentioning Christianity it's actually calm

I’m confused did buddy marry a kid or not?

Buddha isn’t responsible for what his father did tbf so I won’t hold what somebody else did over him

Marrying family members is nasty though but not entirely reprehensible back then. I can kinda overlook it

Buddha condoned child marriage, actually he was the victim as Buddhist King said.
He let "Vyshaka" the child prodigy marry a "Guru" who was 33. :lul:
It's clear he advocated for it, since he allowed it.

The marriage you're referring to involved Vasakha being married to a man much older than her, likely a guru or spiritual teacher.

The Buddha was not directly involved in Vasakha's marriage, and there is no indication that he endorsed or condoned this as part of his teachings.

If you knew Buddhism or talked to Buddhists you would know that refers to her spiritual maturity rather than biological age which is not stated

And again even in this marraige there is no evidence that buddha promoted or condoned this in any way

Spiritual maturity? As in she has the innocence of a child? Mentally handicapped? That's even more fucked up.

"Spiritual Maturity" You literally said this, who's the real idiot here :lul:

Mental iq ≠ spiritual maturity
Spiritually mature huh? Is that why she was the first to offer the Buddha kefir?
She was just a girl who came from a wealthy, upper caste "Guru" family.
She doesn't have much intellect either, just innocent and likes giving a lot.
Don't you think the Buddha could of manipulated her?
Then again I'm not pointing the fingers here, just suggesting.

This is my opinion on it based on what I read and know

The story of Vasakha offering kefir is not about her being manipulated but reflects the practice of generosity in Buddhism

There’s no evidence in Buddhist texts that Vasakha's family background plays a central role in how she is depicted spiritually. Her value is seen in her spiritual qualities and commitment to the Dhamma, rather than her wealth

The idea of innocence or simplicity can sometimes be associated with purity of heart in spiritual contexts, but it doesn’t mean a lack of intellect or ability to make choices

The Buddha’s role was to teach others how to free themselves from suffering through the Noble Eightfold Path and other teachings

Vasakha’s actions were written completely as a voluntary and compassionate act, no manipulation
