Reasons why NCT could be caused?

What are the reasons why negative canthal tilt could be caused? Is it because of a lack of a jaw, cheekbones, just genetics, etc. Wondering why I have NCT, and what could be causing it.

I want to tackle the root cause not just get a cantho and have it over with.

Simply lack of support and proper position of certian cranial bones as well as the insertions of the muscle/tends around the eye

How could I improve the support under my eyes then? Puberty, lol
There's no way to change the muscles around the eyes without puberty I believe

How can I improve my muscle insertions around the eye area, and get my cranial bones in the proper position for better eye support

Invisalign is widening my palate, should I still look for a way to get MSE? I can tell due to the fact that my lips are far wider then before I started the treatment.
Will consider canthopexy, what is hypertrophy of the malaris?

I want CW rotation however not CCW, i would just end up with short face syndrome. Or is it the opposite?
