yea that helped but i ended up listening to the same ost for hours lol, you can't exactly find osts to fit each moment and actively switch them, plus the youtube channels that do it for you put that autistic motion on the art and ruin it

there are sound effects written on panels for a reason
when i read manga i imagine all the sound effects and give unique voices to each character
but not every manga is better than its anime counterpart, hxh for example has mediocre art but the anime is amazing
one punch man has awesome art, yet the first season managed to animate it beautifully, albeit with insane amounts of effort
IMO some mangas cannot be animated, like berserk or vagabond
so in conclusion manga lets you draw with insane art styles that cant be present in animation, but animation has its pros, like being more fluid and can be more thrilling depending on the story

Have you even read Slam Dunk? It's one of the most best-selling manga of all time with 120 million copies in circulation with like 30 volumes. It's a basketball manga and I don't even like the sport but I love the manga and consider it one of my favourite and one of the best of all time.

Real is centred around basketball but it's not about the game but the journey of the people.
