His problem isn't that he's hopeless. He just doesn't care enough to improve. He's comfortable living as a loner, if he was genuinely frustrated with his position he would actively try to change it. But he instead just moans on this forum.

Nah, most of them live far, the one who lived the nearest to me and also I got along with the most invited me to his town festivals, I went and chilled with him and his friends, got drunk and enjoyed the music, but I got cucked by my father cuz I had to leave early (2 AM) since I needed to help him with something next day on the morning, so I didn’t have a chance to get laid cuz we weren’t around women yet , that same night the guy who invited me ended up sleeping at a girls house (he is a weak LTN latino btw, average height and not fashionmaxed or anything, would get told to rope if he posted here, meanwhile he showed me his ex and she was a strong HTB, maybe even stacylite, and also showed me hot girls on his DMs he slayed, biggest NT pill I’ve ever witnessed)

A while after that he asked me if I wanted to go clubbing some day and I told him yeah, but the last days of the course he suddenly stopped going and didn’t do the last exam, so I kinda lost contact with him and that has yet to happen.
I have his IG cuz one of the other guys follow him, but I don’t, I might follow him to try to keep in touch with him but idk, maybe he won’t care about me anymore now that he doesn’t see me on the daily and also I am afraid my low follower count will failo me on his eyes

Dont get mad. I genuinely just hope that you improve your situation. My advice:

1) Get a job as a waiter so you are socialising with people frequently
2) Join clubs/societys in things that you're interested in
3) Take good photos for tinder. (get parents or sibling to take photos if you got no friends)
