Received a ticket for "racing" by police - I am going to jail

i was racing my brother's mustang in my car, suddenly a police car appears behind me, my brother escapes but i get caught. i pull over.
Police officer gives me illegal racing ticket.

it says i will face a minimum of 1 day in jail upto 90 days.
