Recent chest pain

Recently I’ve been getting sharp pain in the left side of my chest

A couple of years ago I had chest pain, more central, but it was deemed musculoskeletal

I also had an echocardiogram around that time and my heart was fine

i get randmom sharp headaches

and my breathing is really shallow and shit

i think i have anaemia or some shit

im dead man

I get headaches in my temples, often after a walk or something
