eating enough protein and being consistent in the gym
ud have to fuck up p hard to lose muscle, weight/rep loss on compounds like bench is expected due to leverages getting worse when cutting so i dont care too much about the weight im lifting now vs before

ur always fatter and less jacked than you think you are when ur high bf
