recent success with bonesmashing

over the past week or two, i've experimented with bonesmashing, mainly focusing on my zygo and chin region, and i have noticed improvements already. I would say the chin has not improved as much as zygos, but still seeing some improvements. I started with fists, and then used the handle portion of a folding pocket knife as it was metal and close to a hammer. if i remember my password to log in on my phone I can try to send some before and after pictures of my zygos. mom has finally been smart for once and will buy a massage gun, will experiment with that too, but revert to fists and pocket knife if results are worse. advice and warnings greatly appreciated

they arent indirectly growing but they are getting stronger and thicker which does help with a change of appearance
