Recently released and called Clascoterone

mg for mg its shown to be slightly less effective than RU, but guess what as Im running it indefinitely I think ill stick with the approved medication.

It blocks test and DHT only at the skin level, and from what I can tell none goes systemic, Its approved for ages 12 and older lol.

I plan to run this indefinitely with taz once my Accutane course is soon finished

Definitely stick with RU for hair, and use Winlevi for skin (RU is viable for skin also).

I think @aids uses it.

Yes, Winlevi is great. I got it prescribed by GP here in Australia.
Saving me right now since I'm off isotretinoin and doing laser facial hair removal.

Looks very promising honestly, have you seen anecdotal reports anywhere? Never heard about it till now.

Have you tried other products like topital tretinoin, tazarotene or azelaic acid?

How do they compare? Can you give more insight on your experience?

He probably wouldnt be able to provide an experience because its a preventative measure, reducing the aging from DHT. Theres literature on it, and also the fact its approved is a huge green flag.

I don't like tretinoin. I've used it before and I feel that it inhibits sebaceous gland activity so much faster but just causes inflammation and dries you way more than isotretinoin at a reasonable dose. I never liked tretinoin. I just felt like a red balloon on it.
I've not tried the latter two, I have used isotretinoin, and it feels like Winlevi is effectively a topical isotretinoin, no acne even on test and I have probably 7mg of isotretinoin left in my system given my last dose was 30mg like 10 days ago.

You won't regret it.
I have gone through so many different shaving techniques: foil, rotary, safety razor, nothing will compare.
Best method for me right now is using my Philips rotary with shaving gel in a warm shower though, until majority of my follicles are dormant.

It's $70 for a 50g tube IIRC, but this will probably last me a few months.
Very cheap, got it from Chemist Warehouse.

Make sure it hurts btw, otherwise they aren't using a strong enough laser. I physically winced back into the headrest when I was laying down doing it.

Wouldn’t say recently but Winlevi or Clascoterone is a good product been wanting to get my hands on it for a while but it’s very expensive. Often times insurance doesn’t even cover it here in the US and buying it off the internet is expensive as well.

RU58841 is great but these are two different products. One is meant for skin and one for scalp. RU58841 can technically be used on skin but it will dry out your skin as topical liquid like solutions specifically meant for hair don’t contain good ingredients for skin. The only way around this would technically be to buy RU58841 Raw powder and make a cream yourself with base and other additives which isn’t too hard to do.

@Whirr22222 by the way, you can get Winlevi here in Australia easy as piss. I recall you mentioning you were in Australia so if you are, you can literally just go to a GP and say you want to use it to prevent acne or some shit (whatever use case so long as it's reasonable), got it prescribed via a telehealth consultation within a few hours.

I mean yeah the use case for this wouldnt be hair considering its in a gel form even though u could technically use for that.

My derm said it was only recently approved in UK a few months ago.

Yeah ADC is legit. I bought tret from there last year.

Where can I buy it? I'm sure that there is no dermatologist in my area willing to prescribe that since it's not considered generic treatment
