Recently grew a shoe size

Feet is like 29 cm measured ,will have to buy a 12 or 12.5 from the last 10.5 . The effect of sleeping 14 hours a day average and eating like amonster(4000cal) with some sprinting(6km) in morning. Am 5'11 will prolly reach 6'3 damn. Took me 2 years to go from 5'7 to 5'11 and 9.5 shoe size to 12.5
