Does lip shape is correlated with reccesion? I have flat philtrum (from side) and no upper lip. May it be corelated with maxilla?

Yes.
Recessed maxilla cause your philtrum to be more flat and your lips to fold in instead of being supported and full.

I have full lips but my mouth is not that wide, (both lips are the same size, mew was saying its a good thing), could that be genetic? I saw a lot of people with shit posture and missing teeth with wider mouth than me and I still dont understand whyView attachment 119528

so lip lift would make me even more ugly, fuckYeah recession usually cause nasolabial folds too. Which is why it looks retarded when girls get lips injections because it causes your nasolabial folds to look even more pronounced. Full lips are meant to make you look more youthful and virile while most girls who get injections it makes them look older which defeats the purpose.
Look at anyone with great maxilla, they have little or no nasolabial folds, their philtrum are not flat and their lips are full and supported.

Yes some people get genetics to have bigger lips. But how the lip and philtrum is supported is dependant on maxilla/teeth.
You either have big lips genetics but they're not well supported so they look a bit off, or you have a forward growth but a small palate which causes your mouth to not be as wide.
Yeah it can be a host of things tbh. without pictures I cannot tell. Its probably genetics/small palate or if your nose is wide it'll give an illusion that your lips are narrower.I have kinda good forward grown but a little bit a downturned nose, and good ramus, gonial angle, but still kinda narrow lips - and good philtrum though.
Imo it's genetics for the lips
Does having lips in front of your mouth as a white person mean recession? When I smile, my lips move backwards and my chin ends up being in front of the lips.
I think my palate is kind of narrow, I dont know the exact measurement but my tongue can't fit comfortably onto the roof of my mouth, do normal palate expanders widen your palate on the "bone level" or do they just move the soft tissue?Yeah it can be a host of things tbh. without pictures I cannot tell. Well in a normal resting position everything should ideally align. But if that only happen when you smile then its normal.
