Recessed anterior nasal spine

Im gonna fix this by bonesmashing and using volufiline, got recommendations to prevent any problem? I would also like to know if I got alternatives in order to solve this failo, im not rlly convinced about bonesmasing but this shit just looks too bad, cant get surgeries as im a minor and my parents would kill me, im also broke tbh (not my photo, but it looks as bad)

I mean you could try but it’s a very hard bone to find even if yours is forward. If it’s recessed then good luck.
