Recessed browridge + recessed under eye

Hello. I have a recessed browridge and recessed under eye. But I have only just turned 17. And i seen many people here say browridge grows even to like 25 or some shit. Also I don't really have any UEE.

So should I just get infraorbital implants to fix my under eye and let my browridge grow through puberty?

Then how did i randomly grow a half inch in height past 4 months even while being a EARLY bloomer. Am i supposed to be 1 in a million or something?
