Recessed chin from jaw clenching

I saw on Instagram somewhere that jaw clenching will eventually lead to a recessed chin, is this true? I think in the creators case it might have been correlation instead of causation and ergo he ends up unintentionally spreading lies. I really hope this isn't true as I hard jaw clench alot.
