recessed chin/overbite

i have an overbite, not a deepbite, but when i clench my teeth/bite down i look very chopped and it looks like my jaw is recessed. my chin is recessed. what can i do to fix this? for years ive been frauding by pushing my jaw forward but then when i talk or eat food i start looking chopped and its uncomfortable to constantly push my jaw forward (and put my teeth on top of eachother instead of how it naturally is with the overbite) what can i do to fix my overbite/recessed chin?

if the overbite is mild or moderate practice myofunctional therapy exercises, many videos on it which can help correct it

my overbite is actually pretty mild, when i bite down my top teeth cover barely half of my bottom teeth (the top) its just i always thought my jaw looked fucked when i bite down but my chin is actually probably recessed more than anything
