How old are you? You can try mewing. I would wear your retainer for a few months then stop. Your teeth wont revert to their original crookedness if your mewing properly. You can also try carnivore diet too, at least optimize your hormones during your youth. And theres not much else besides surgery

Mewing will at least raise your hyoid which will give the appearance of a sharper jawline

just turned 15, my hyoid is terrible too, I've tried mewing and I barely see any results only temporary results, and when I do mew I look like a retard

You arent really gonna see results esp with a retainer but it will help support your facial structure. And how does it make you look dumb? Nobody can see you mewing

is towelpulling an actual real method for forward growth, i never have tried it because it seems like it would got asymmetry, and teeth problems
