Is there any bigger nerf to a side profile than a recessed chin? Because obviously there’s a lot
(Maxilla, gonial angle….) but I also have a big nose so my side profile is honestly absolutely chopped. I’m pretty sure there is nothing besides surgery to save that I‘m just curious what a bigger nerf might be or what the biggest side profile nerf actually is.

Chin recession is usually due to mandibular recession, but most likely A recessed maxilla, it is literally a defect bc it blocks your airways and on the side your face will look terrible, flat and/or recessed, this is why you think your nose is big, bc if u are recessed, it will look way bigger.
