If they could do something like that it would be very costly and risky, they would only do it if you were gona die or something

Implants dont work well on people who have a very thick skin. bones are better

I think the bone cement would be less prominent than an implant if anything but i dont really care much about eye area

Base size is the most fundamental thing you need

A hot girl isnt gona date a guy with a smaller skull, less robust face and smaller frame than her.

Height is also a problem but can be overcome by having robust bone structure + gym wide max
