In yout case super bimax would be perfect but if you don't live in Australia and can't afford transport just get typical double jaw with strong genioplasty/chin wing

Well finances aren't an issue for me, though I would rather not fly across half the world. Mind explaining how a bimax in Australia would be different from a "typical" one?
