i hate putting foreign materials on my body and probably the cement gives the most flexibility to doctor to achive the desired results.

Sloped or forehead angulation is different from forehead forward growth.
You can have good browridge and sloped forehead but lack forward grown.
Forward growth is a mogger trait.
