i already do minox for eyebrows/beard (that’s why some dandruff on certain pictures), retin-a, gym, leanmaxx on the way (but I’m already 15%bf approximatively) mewing but I know it’s cope so I’m not consistent and castor oil for eyelashs (I was thinking of bending them on the side because rn it’s gave me a slightly negative cathal tilt)

If his fat pads suken it is because of long term Retin A application, yes collagen booster and uniformisation of the skin but the secondary effect is the dryness of fats pads tissues under the face, I recommend him to stop the use and replace it with castoir oil mixed with an other oil depending on skin type and properties and with vitamin C or other cream containing vitamin C, eat vitamin a or beta catoren rich foods and supplements as well

I don’t think retin-a has an impact on my fat pad yet. I only use it since 2 months. But I will think about

any recommandation in order to manage these fat pad ? Removal ? Losing more weight ?

and for the hyoid bone I was thinking about Kybela injection in order to remove all the fat around my neck ? I know it doesn’t move the bone but it will help I think
