In theory yes, the LeFort II cutting line passes through the nasal bone and the infras. When the surgeon detaches and pushes forward that block of bone, he mechanically moves that area forward as well, look:

well u can see that infras actually don’t move. u need lefort 3 for that which no normal surgeon is going to do anyway
