My infras are fucked, not like extremely fucked but pretty fucked, I have like a Sean O Pry infras recession, in optimal light you can’t really see it, problem is most of the times it’s not in optimal light. Basically I have a bulging fat area between my smile lines and “itachi lines” Losing fat would be the ideal since then it wouldn’t be that noticable but I’m already down like 25kg’s and there’s still fat there. Maybe if I drop 2-3% more bf it will be better. I’m also microneedling and taking collagen supps hoping that a thicker skin can make it less noticeable. Maybe bonesmashing the zygos could work since if the skin is more stretched it would hide it a bit more.

Any tips for more hope? Surgery/fillers are not on the table yet.

I would replace collagen supps with foods that have a lot of collagen, like bone marrow, fatty bits of meat, and bone broth. Apart from that, and that is just a better alternative to what you are doing, there is not much you can do. Surgery would be the only way to go, and for your situation I would see how the nasiolabel folds look after losing more body fat and maybe get some surgery related to the maxilla, if not then just infraorbital implants, but yea I know they are not on the table yet but that is the only real option, maybe fillers but they are unreliable.
