Like the others said, surgery is really your only option. Just get implants; high ROI and it’s a safe procedure.

Maybe volufiline idk haven't tried it should look into thou. Also try a caffeine serum (it doesn't really work) volufiline is your best bet without surgery

hide it with concealer

You can get infraorbital implants or you can wear makeup, but don’t make it obvious and hide it well
