Recessed infras or just bad sleep?

My under eyes have been purple for like a month now, they were normal before but even if my infras are recessed how do i fix the actual purple coloring

bad sleep and slightly recessed infras. cant worry abt the infras unless u get surgery, id say just sleepmaxx and do some cold therapies on the eyes to reduce inflammation around there and flush out the blood aswell
