Recessed infras or just eye bags?

I’m embarrassed to post this especially since this isn’t a great picture, but I need the advice. Do I have eye bags or do I have recessed infras? And if possible please point out any other bad features you notice on my face so I can fix it. Thanks

i havent noticed any bad features you re just young and you look your age
if you wanna look older wich most of the times means better hope on test
but do some research to see if its worth
in my opinion dont hop on anything just start hitting the gym and eat healthy you will look much better
