Under most lighting conditions im lhtn to mhtn but sometimes under harsh lighting my eyebags cast bad shadows which really descend me.

Since the issue is structural the best things would be infraorbital implants but they cost 10k if i get custom PEEKs done by ramieri.
Also a palate expander isnt an option currently because after im done with my orthodontic degree i will get an palate expander with a face appliance but that will take some years till then.
Filler is an option but i dont like that idea especially in the under eyes.
Fat grafts might desolve and since there is no structure it would sag over time.
What are your experiences with volufiline, makeup or some eyebag serums, because I think most people use them for dark undereyes but not actually protruding eyebags?

Are there other things to do (no boneshmashing or peptides) that wouldnt cost more than 4k, do you know some other surgeons who do custom infras out of PEEK preferrably in germany?

What do you think of lower blepharoplasty while having infraorbital recession/bad support?

You could try volufiline but opinions about it are mixed and it might not work for everyone. Eyebag serums are kinda just cope if you have recessed infras but it might help get the skin in the under eye region tighter and more elastic which might help.

use retinal 0.05% up to 0.1% if you tolerate well. start 2-3x a week slowly up to eod then to ed. volufiline works for some but not for others. worth the try for what 40$ but effects are usually minimal (make sure you avoid ones labelled 92% or 100% as they are fake, look for 3-8%) microneedling can help too. caffeine serum and vitamin C serum supposedly also work but I have no experience with them and obviously the most clear option is makeup - concealer to be specific. mark as solution
