Are braces or recession the cause for the bump on my nose?

Could braces which i had 14-17 because of recessed lower jaw and +1cm overbite be the reason my lower maxilla looks recessed compared to nose:
To fix my lower jaw i had rubber bands connected to my upper teeth that pulled my lower jaw forward. Could the braces have recessed my upper jaw slightly just so that i gained a small bump on my nose and to make my side profile more recessed.

I tried showing in the picture with arrows. If my upper jaw moves backwards the lower part of my nose lacks support and also moves backwards which leads to my nasal bone now being way more forward compared to my upper jaw which leads to a bump on my nose.

What are solutions could i look into besides Lefort?

i dont rlly think its that u dont have enough forward growth, i just think u have the shorter end of a mandible length, also u have average maxillary growth so the nose bump wont go away unless u get a rhinoplasty

the nose bump is not big. like if i push my lips or nose just slightly forward the bump already dissapears or atleast less visible cuz my nose has more of an upswing

ur side is so weird, ur jaw looks off despite u not having a recessed chin

i disagree, if he had more forward growth he would look even more weird, its an issue with thel ower jaw or mandible or some shit

the top is minimal jaw fillers +bottom lip filler makes ur side like 1000x better

i think u should get jaw filler + lower lip filler.

I think it might be a problem with nose cartilage (rhino will help) rather than your jaw complexion being recessed but in my opinion anything that will help advance lower and upper jaw will help also fix your posture.

nah, i dont really think fillers fix the root cause, it still looks just off, fillers also give it such a wreird angle which doesnt fit the maxilla
i think your premaxilla isnt ideal and it ruins your great upper maxillary projection. your bad premaxilla also is why your jaw may look shorter

yea, im pretty sure that could be because of the braces i had which pulled my upper jaw back

nah bro it doesnt look off, it looks 1000x better, lip fillers when they migrate imo make ur lips look better too.

The jaw isnt a permanant solution though u should get implants if ur satisfied with ur jaw filler result, just do it to try it out, its not so expensive. If u like how u look and wanna keep it, save for jaw implant and as for lower lip filler u can just keep it.

im not a fan of fillers but appreciate it, i will probably talk to my orthodontist about bimax, if insurance covers it, why not

ofc if u can get it cheap asf with insurance go for it, if not dont be scared of fillers, if ur looks are an insecurity and u cant get insurance on the bimax do get fillers done so u know how ur face will look like with a permenant surgery
