Are braces or recession the cause for the bump on my nose?
Could braces which i had 14-17 because of recessed lower jaw and +1cm overbite be the reason my lower maxilla looks recessed compared to nose:
To fix my lower jaw i had rubber bands connected to my upper teeth that pulled my lower jaw forward. Could the braces have recessed my upper jaw slightly just so that i gained a small bump on my nose and to make my side profile more recessed.
I tried showing in the picture with arrows. If my upper jaw moves backwards the lower part of my nose lacks support and also moves backwards which leads to my nasal bone now being way more forward compared to my upper jaw which leads to a bump on my nose.
What are solutions could i look into besides Lefort?
