Is it possible to fix a recessed jaw like slightly overbites jaw? Without surgery

You need surgery.
Any sort of expansionary orthodontics is very likely only going to cause horizontal growth; won't fix a weak chin, but might help symptoms of.

You have a malocclusion too. Need bsso with genioplasty or maybe even trimax depending on ur midface proportions
