Recessed mandible and maxilla

is there any sort of natural way for me to fix my recessed mandible and maxilla at 18 because i wouldnt say my recession is too bad compared to some peoples, but idk if i should get double jaw surgery when i get enough saved up or what.

Is there a way of getting more forwards growth at 18 or do i just have to cope, because im already frauding my chin by growing some sort of hair on my chin but thats about it
