Recessed mandible and slight downward growth solutions?

Im 13 pretty much soft maxxed completely and now jst doing good habits and shit but my hyoid is so fucking low and I have a slightly recessed maxilla and a recessed mandible which I can fraud but it pisses me tf off. I snore at night and shit and when I stuck my tounge out it only half way fixes my hyoid and then its like more bolbous at yhe sides more near my neck and even when I mew it does thay and like my fucking neck ot some shit.

Is surgery the only option or what can I fucking do with my slight downward growth and shit.

I would do chin tucks and shit but if its how I look like when I mew and shit it wont do much for me
