Everyone talks about recessed maxillas but recessed mandibles are glaringly obvious. Even a bluepilled NPC will consciously notice this on others

Maybe later on when they’ll actually accept me as a possible candidate for invasive surgeries, they’ll just laugh at me if I try soon
