Recessed mandible recessed jaw

So in addition to the maxilla issues I’m realizing I likely have a recessed mandible as well. These pics are already in here the one is from a while back I feel as though I’ve somehow gotten worse tbh. Any advice if I’m just being dumb or if this is a real issue is appreciated.
PS I’m planning on the bimax regardless just wanna know how bad the situation is

I’m getting something done either bimax or some kind of plastic surgery. And I’ve got nothing to do till I start my insurance and start talking to max face so I figured I’d ask my questions in the meantime.

One extraction of a wisdom tooth. Had no choice it was growing sideways and caused a cavity in the tooth in front of it.

Money isn’t scarce exactly but I help support mom and siblings so I’ve gotta be smart. Also the max fac I spoke to said it would be advancement of both jaws since my occlusion is currently good. So that would me I’d be getting further pronouncement of the jaw line as well if I’m correct
